Hue Wing provides professional art services including but not limited to:
- Hyperrealistic portraits (graphite, charcoal, colored pencil)
- Custom paintings (acrylic, watercolor, oil)
- Sketches and drawings
- Live wedding paintings
- Online art classes and workshops
- Digital art commissions
- Other custom art services as agreed upon
3. Order Process
3.1 Quotation and Confirmation
- All orders begin with a quotation request through our website or direct communication
- We will provide a detailed quote including pricing, timeline, and specifications
- Your order is confirmed once you accept the quote and make the required payment
- All custom orders require approval of reference photos before we begin work
3.2 Reference Materials
- You are responsible for providing high-quality reference photos
- Photos should be clear, well-lit, and high-resolution for best results
- You must have the legal right to use any photos you provide
- We reserve the right to decline orders if reference materials are inadequate
3.3 Customization and Revisions
- Minor revisions are included during the creation process (as specified in your quote)
- Major changes after work has begun may incur additional charges
- We will provide progress updates and photos for your approval
- Final approval must be given before shipping or delivery
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- Prices vary based on size, complexity, medium, and timeline
- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation
- Shipping and handling charges are additional
4.2 Payment Terms
- A 50% advance payment is required to begin work on your order
- The remaining 50% is due before final delivery or shipping
- We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking)
- International orders may require full payment upfront or bank transfer
- Failure to make timely payment may result in order cancellation
4.3 Taxes
All applicable taxes (GST for Indian customers) will be added to the final invoice as per Indian tax laws.
5. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and workload
- We will notify you of any significant delays in your order
- Artworks are shipped unframed and rolled in protective tubes (unless otherwise specified)
- Free shipping is available for orders within India (as per current promotion)
- International shipping costs are calculated based on destination and size
- We use reputable courier services to ensure safe delivery
- You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Copyright
- Hue Wing retains the copyright to all artwork created unless explicitly transferred in writing
- You receive the physical artwork and rights for personal use and display
- Commercial reproduction or resale of the artwork requires written permission
- We reserve the right to photograph and display our work for portfolio and marketing purposes
6.2 Your Responsibilities
- You must own or have permission to use any reference photos you provide
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to commission artwork based on copyrighted material
- We are not liable for any copyright infringement related to your reference materials
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund
- After work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable

8. Quality Assurance
- We guarantee the quality of our work and use professional-grade materials
- Artworks are inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Minor variations in color and appearance may occur due to artistic interpretation and medium limitations
- Digital images may not perfectly represent the final physical artwork due to screen variations
9. Damage and Returns
- Report any damage during shipping within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will repair or replace damaged artwork at no cost to you
- Returns are not accepted once you have approved the final artwork
- We are not responsible for damage after delivery or due to improper handling
10. Limitation of Liability
Hue Wing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions, or pandemics.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and using it only as described in our privacy policy.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
