2. Shipping Coverage
2.1 Domestic Shipping (India)
- We ship to all locations across India including remote areas
- Free shipping is currently available for all domestic orders
- Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location
- Metropolitan areas usually receive orders within 3-4 days
2.2 International Shipping
- We ship internationally to most countries worldwide
- International shipping costs vary based on destination, size, and weight
- Delivery timelines range from 7-21 business days depending on destination
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility
- We declare the accurate value of artwork for customs purposes
3. Packaging Standards
We use industry-standard packaging methods to protect your artwork during transit:
3.1 Canvas and Paper Artworks
- Artworks are shipped unframed to prevent damage during transit
- Canvas and paper works are carefully rolled and placed in protective tubes
- Tubes are made of durable cardboard or plastic with secure end caps
- Protective wrapping (glassine paper or plastic) prevents moisture damage
- Extra padding is added for delicate or large pieces
3.2 Framed Artworks
- Framed artworks (if ordered) are packed with extra care
- Glass is protected with corner protectors and bubble wrap
- Frame is secured in a sturdy cardboard box with foam padding
- "Fragile" and "Handle with Care" labels are clearly marked
- Additional charges may apply for framed shipping due to size and weight
4. Shipping Timelines
4.1 Processing Time
- Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after completion and final approval
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
- Large or complex orders may require additional processing time
4.2 Delivery Estimates
- Metro Cities (India): 3-4 business days
- Other Indian Cities: 4-7 business days
- Remote Areas (India): 7-10 business days
- International: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

5. Shipping Costs
- Domestic (India): Free shipping on all orders (current promotion)
- International: Calculated based on destination, size, and weight
- Shipping costs for international orders will be communicated in your quote
- Express or expedited shipping may be available for additional charges
- Shipping costs for framed artworks may be higher due to additional packaging requirements
6. Tracking and Updates
- All shipments include tracking information sent via email
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided
- We use reputable courier services such as Blue Dart, FedEx, DHL, or similar
- If you don't receive tracking information within 3 days of final approval, please contact us
- We monitor all shipments and will proactively inform you of any delays
7. Delivery Process
7.1 Receiving Your Artwork
- Signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
- If you're unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a notice
- Check the package for any visible damage before accepting delivery
7.2 Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Include landmarks, building names, and contact numbers for easier delivery
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
- Address changes after shipment may incur additional charges or may not be possible
8. Damage During Shipping
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, damage can occasionally occur during transit:
- Report Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive damaged artwork
- Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the packaging and artwork showing the damage
- Keep Everything: Retain all packaging materials for courier inspection if needed
- We'll Make It Right: We will repair, replace, or refund damaged items at no cost to you
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us immediately
- We will work with the courier to locate and expedite your package
- If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will create a replacement or provide a full refund
- Insurance is included on all shipments to protect against loss or damage
10. International Customs and Duties
For international orders, please be aware:
- Customs duties and import taxes are not included in our prices
- You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country
- Customs fees vary by country and are beyond our control
- We declare the full value of the artwork on customs forms as required by law
- Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery time
- Refused shipments due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded
11. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
- We will contact you to verify the correct shipping address
- Reshipment will require payment of additional shipping charges
- If the package was undeliverable due to customer error (incorrect address, refused delivery), original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Unclaimed packages returned to us may be subject to restocking fees
